Ruswin provides a variety of Integrated Security Systems across a range of industries throughout Australia. During March, Ruswin completed an upgrade to military storage containers to ensure maximum security was maintained. This complex and highly sensitive work was required as the existing combination safe locks were out of security endorsement. In addition, replacement parts were becoming difficult to obtain, which could cause potential delays and compromise the set up. Before an incident occurred, our client engaged Ruswin to review the system and provide a suitable solution. The priority in this situation was security however price was a consideration. This proactive approach enabled Ruswin to have the system replaced with a current alternate endorsed safe locking mechanism prior to any failures. Due to the planning and organisation, the onsite work was minimised to a total of 22 hours. Ruswin was delighted to receive an email from the client advising they were extremely happy with our entire approach, a job well done and would recommend us for future works if the opportunity arose
